Tier I: Overnight Camp Staff Training
1. What to say and do to build positive relationships with campers
2. How to execute a successful first "bunk meeting" that ensures clear written rules, expectations, and reasonable consequences 
3. Enforce rules consistently, promptly, and reasonably
4. Give directions in 6 ways, without telling campers what to do
5. Use the "Broken Record" when campers don't listen the first time
6. Introduce activities with words and body language that increase excitement and participation
7. Execute activities with more engagement and camper involvement
