How to Feel Feelings
Step 1: Label the feeling; where do you feel it in your body, how big is the bubble of the feeling?
Step 2: Ask your body, "Does it make sense?"
Step 3: Breathe it in to accept (pop the bubble inside the body) -or- Breathe it out to let it go (as you exhale, 'watch' the bubble leave through your mouth and pop in the air)*
